My intention for this site is to take advantage of the prime location of being close to Saskatoon and in a booming area of Martensville with plenty of growth & development in the next couple of years.
I will do the by create a high- rise multi-use building with a combination of residential usage and several floors of commercial space. The building will be a hub for people that are wanting to live outside of the city but have a quick commute.
In addition to the residential side, the building will also have commercial space as there is a lack of office areas, rental space for small business, etc in Martensville
